This is Janet Munro.  She was in the 1956 movie The Crawling Eye - which is utterly terrible, by the way - and she smoulders in every scene.  She is pure, heart-breaking beauty.  If you can’t bring yourself to watch the film, go to Netflix and watch the Mystery Science Theater 3000 version, which is available on demand, and which makes it much more entertaining.

Or you could just mute the sound and fast forward to the parts with in it.
