The Cutest Girls FAQ
I don’t get many questions, but they always seem to be the same, so while this will be a SHORT FAQ, hopefully it will be a useful one. If nothing else, it will be a quick and easy way to assist any future askers of these types of questions who may have missed this page.
DO YOU TAKE SUBMISSIONS?
No. I used to, but not any longer.
WHY DON’T YOU TAKE SUBMISSIONS?
I don’t feel comfortable being the arbiter of whether or not you are cute. Most submissions seem to be from girls submitting their own pictures. This puts me in an uncomfortable spot – it’s one thing for me to find a picture of a girl and say, “Wow, she’s kinda cute, I think I’ll reblog her.” It’s another to be presented with a picture of somebody and an unspoken but very obvious, “Do you think I’m cute?” Even if I do, I feel like I’m reinforcing behavior that is unhealthy; which is to say, fishing for compliments. And what if I don’t think you’re cute? What then? I either refuse to reblog it, and then I’m an elitist jerk with fascist standards of beauty, or I reblog it regardless of my feelings about it, and then I’m contributing to the “everybody gets a trophy” mentality - which I utterly despise. So I find it much simpler to avoid the whole issue by not allowing submissions. I don’t normally deal with problems by avoiding them, but in this particular case, it happens to work (and it also saves me from unnecessarily hurting anyone’s feelings.
WHY NO PORN/NUDITY?
I greatly appreciate the human body in general and the female body in particular, and I don’t have a problem with what some might term “porn”, others would term “nude art”, and still others would term “filth”. But while the shots included in the blog are often provocative, that is not why they are chosen. This blog seeks not to sexualize or even sensationalize, but to simply appreciate.

This has only happened with one person, and only then because she was removing herself from Tumblr altogether. Most people seem to be quite pleased to be featured here. But I respect your privacy. If you wish me to remove any images of you, I’ll do it without hesitation. All you have to do is send me a message. I know you can’t send URL’s, but you should be able to specify the post ID(s). If you need help, let me know and I’ll do my best!
WHAT’S THE NAME OF SUCH-AND-SUCH?
I don’t know.
Whenever I know the name of the model in question, I include it in the tags. So if it’s not there, I can’t help you. But if you really want to know, you can probably find out with TinEye!
